Chances are that most people go for a home loan as compared to using their cash. I have heard of people getting torn between a 15-year loan, 30-year old mortgage or somewhere in between. Disregarding cost, what is the immediate advantage of a short-term loan? I cannot imagine taking a 30-year old loan; it looks like such a long time.
