One of the things I really enjoy living in a house is the neighbourhood. I used to see my parents get so close to people around here and they often visited each other in the afternoon just to chat. If you live in a condo, have you ever had problems with fellow condo owners? How lively is your community?

I agree that living in a community has it's advantages when it comes to neighbours. You meet people and socialize a lot more than apartment or condo living. When we were younger we lived in a condo, which we rented from the owners, and we rarely spoke with the other people. The occasional hello was about it. In a house you have neighbours all around and you tend to stop and talk for longer periods. You get to know them and their families.
