Bucking national trends, Winnipeg's real estate market continues strongly. In mid-July, we have over 1,600 homes and over 770 condos available for sale.
In the past 30 days, Winnipeg real estate agents have sold 755 houses and 104 condos in all sizes and price ranges in Winnipeg. The most active segment of the market remains houses in the 200-300K range, and condos below $200K.
